Planos turns a measured floor plan into an interactive experience. Visitors select rooms on the plan to view linked photographs and, where supported, switch between 2D and 3D views — useful for remote buyers, premium listings and developments.

Appointments are confirmed by email within one working day. Photography and floor plans are delivered the next working day after the visit. 360° tours and VideoMotion typically follow the same turnaround.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Estate-agent account pricing is quoted separately. Larger properties add a fixed size supplement of £100, £200 or £300 + VAT. Over 5,000 sq ft is quoted. Additional photographs are £30 + VAT per 5 above the included count.

How do you prepare a property for photos and a floor plan?
To prepare for a combined shoot, declutter and clean throughout, maximise natural light, hide everyday items, tidy the exterior and ensure the photographer can access every room for both photography and measurement.
