Appointments are confirmed by email within one working day. Photography and floor plans are delivered the next working day after the visit. 360° tours and VideoMotion typically follow the same turnaround.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. Estate-agent account pricing is quoted separately. Larger properties add a fixed size supplement of £100, £200 or £300 + VAT. Over 5,000 sq ft is quoted. Additional photographs are £30 + VAT per 5 above the included count. Optional extras include additional photographs, ImageMotion, drone photography and Matterport.

- Prices exclude VAT. VAT is shown at 20%.
- “From” prices are the charge at 15 photographs where a photo count applies, and at up to 1,500 sq ft. The booking total is calculated once the property size and quantities are known.
- Selecting 20 photographs adds £25 ex VAT. Selecting 25 adds £50 ex VAT. Those photographs are part of the booking allowance and are not charged again as extras.
- A floor plan above 1,500 sq ft is charged on the extra area only. A 2,000 sq ft floor plan adds 500 × £0.05 = £25 ex VAT.
- Interactive 360° tours and Matterport each add a band of £25 or £50 ex VAT for every extra 500 sq ft or part thereof. Above 5,000 sq ft that service is quoted and is not given a guessed price.
- When a booking includes both a floor plan and a tour, the floor-plan area supplement and the tour area supplement both apply.
- Photography with a floor plan is the £125 package. It is not priced as £99 plus £99.
- Interactive 360° tour means a navigable tour made from panoramic images. Matterport 3D tour is a separate scanned service. VideoMotion is a filmed walkthrough. ImageMotion is an AI video from photographs. PhotoClear is team-delivered decluttering.
- Hosting for interactive 360° tours and Matterport is confirmed with the booking. Drone, EPCs, premium cinematic video and commercial work are quoted.
- Catalogue 2026-10, effective 2026-10-01 (Europe/London). Agreed prices on existing bookings, quotes and account rates are unchanged.
