A new booking app for an AI world

Property marketing has changed. A set of photographs and a floor plan can now become the starting point for a much wider campaign, with video, virtual staging, interactive tours and content for social media.

The systems behind that work need to evolve too.

That is why we are moving from Photoplan Bookings to Photoplan.ai: our new app for booking property services, following orders and accessing completed media, with a connection to the creative tools in ReHub Studio.

For our clients, this brings professional property capture and AI-assisted marketing closer together. For our photographers, it creates a more connected way to manage appointments and upload work. For Photoplan, it establishes the foundation for the next stage of our business.

Why we are moving to Photoplan.ai

Since 2004, Photoplan has helped property professionals present homes, developments and commercial spaces through photography, measured plans and immersive media.

Over that time, the range of content clients need has grown. An estate agent might want photographs for a listing, a walkthrough for social media, a tour for remote buyers and a staged version of an empty room. A developer may need consistent presentation across several properties.

Our previous booking system supported the business for many years. We have built Photoplan.ai around the broader workflow we now need: bringing the booking, the people doing the work and the finished content closer together.

The aim is practical. Less time spent moving information between systems, and more opportunity to use the media created during each property visit.

A new home for your property bookings

Photoplan.ai gives clients a central place to book services, track orders and access completed property media.

Our services include professional photography, measured floor plans, lease plans, 360° tours, Matterport capture and video. The new app sits alongside that service offering, giving clients a clearer route from placing a booking to receiving their work.

Photographers also have their own access to the platform. They can view assigned jobs, manage appointments and upload images directly into bookings.

Keeping the upload connected to the job helps maintain the relationship between the original instruction and the work produced. It also provides a stronger foundation for the editing and delivery stages that follow.

Whether you commission occasional shoots or manage a regular flow of instructions, our goal is to make the process easier to follow.

Connecting Photoplan with ReHub Studio

The connection to ReHub Studio is central to this transition.

Photoplan provides professional property services and on-site capture. ReHub provides creative tools that help property professionals develop those assets into further marketing content.

Through the ReHub integration, clients can explore options such as decluttering, virtual staging and creating video from photographs alongside their property bookings.

The wider ReHub toolkit includes:

  • PhotoClear: remove unwanted clutter and objects from photographs.
  • Virtual Staging: digitally furnish empty rooms.
  • HyperDusk: create twilight images from daytime exteriors.
  • PhotoEdit and HDRPhoto: enhance property photography and process bracketed images.
  • ImageMotion: turn still photographs into video.
  • VideoMotion: produce listing videos from filmed walkthroughs.
  • PropertyCut: assemble and edit photographs and clips into property videos.
  • 360Tours: create immersive tours from panoramic imagery.
  • Sketchplan and Planos: produce floor plans from sketches and create interactive plans.
  • Showcase: present property media on branded property websites.
  • ScreenRecord, PhotoCull and BatchTools: support walkthrough recording, image selection and file preparation.

These tools form the wider ecosystem around Photoplan.ai. The booking app connects clients to ReHub, while individual tools and their workflows continue to develop.

Getting more from each property visit

Consider an empty property being prepared for sale.

A professional shoot creates the photographs and measured floor plan. Virtual staging can then show how selected rooms could look furnished. A twilight treatment can offer an additional exterior image, while video can give the agency another format for its marketing.

For an occupied property, decluttering may help present a room more clearly. A 360° tour can give prospective buyers a way to explore the space before arranging a viewing.

Each service has its own purpose. Clients can choose the content that suits the property, the instruction and their budget.

This is the opportunity behind the new platform: making it easier to build on the original capture, rather than treating every additional piece of content as a separate project.

Good photography, accurate measurements and professional judgement remain essential. AI adds further creative options, and the finished content still needs to represent the property appropriately.

What existing clients need to do

If you already use Photoplan, please register for the new app at app.photoplan.ai/signup using your main business email address.

The new platform requires a new registration. Once your account has been approved, you can begin placing bookings.

Previous orders are not being automatically transferred into Photoplan.ai. During the transition, earlier jobs remain in the legacy system, so please download any photographs, plans or other media you wish to retain before it closes at the end of 2026.

If you have an ongoing booking in the old system, our team can advise where it will be completed and where to collect the finished work.

New instructions should be placed through Photoplan.ai. You can also contact us if you need help getting your account ready or locating an existing order.

Where Photoplan.ai is going next

The launch establishes the foundation. Our longer-term direction is to connect more of the journey from instruction to finished property marketing.

The following areas describe our roadmap and ambitions. Further features will be introduced as development and testing progress.

More automation around each booking

We want to reduce repetitive administration around availability, photographer allocation, appointment updates and reminders.

The goal is to help information reach the right person at the right stage, while keeping our team available when a booking needs individual attention.

Deeper connections between bookings and creative tools

We want to make the movement from completed photography to additional content more direct.

Over time, that could mean choosing images from a delivered job and moving them into staging, decluttering, twilight or video workflows with fewer steps. Keeping the results connected to the property would make them easier to find and use later.

API access and business integrations

API development is in progress, with no confirmed release date.

Our longer-term ambition is to connect Photoplan.ai with the systems clients already use, including agency software and internal business tools. This could help reduce duplicate entry of property details and support booking and status updates between systems.

We are also looking towards closer connections across calendars, communications, payments, accounting and file storage. Each integration needs to solve a practical workflow problem before becoming part of the client experience.

Better support for branches and portfolios

Agencies, developers and property managers often work across multiple locations and instructions.

Our direction includes better support for bulk bookings, consistent packages and clearer oversight of work across properties. A portfolio instruction should be easier to manage while retaining the details each individual job needs.

New capture and spatial workflows

We are exploring how mobile capture, LiDAR and other spatial technologies could support future floor-plan and property-media services.

The focus is on practical results: useful property information, reliable outputs and an efficient process for the people capturing the space. These remain areas of exploration rather than announced launch features.

Professional property services in an AI world

Our vision is to bring more of the property marketing process together: booking the visit, capturing the property, producing the media and developing it into a wider campaign.

Photoplan.ai gives us the platform to pursue that vision. ReHub Studio brings the creative tools that can help clients get more from the work they commission.

We will continue to develop both around the needs of estate agents, photographers, developers and property teams, with professional service at the centre of the experience.
