Floorplans and photos attract buyer interest
Properties marketed with floorplans attract 30 per cent more attention, while new research has revealed a growing demand for both floorplans and property photography, Galway Advertiserreports. Due to this, the estate agent Sherry FitzGerald Kavanaghhas reportedly introduced these to its property marketing portfolio.
