A Scottish estate agency has proven the profession has both a sense of humour and a community spirit by listing a dolls house for sale to help raise money for a local charity.
The staff at Blackadders in Dundee are currently marketing the ultimate in “bijou” residences – with the rooms measuring just 0.2m x 0.2m!
Dolls House Gets Estate Agent Treatment before Auction
The dolls house, which was donated to help raise money for The Blake McMillan Trust, has received the estate agency’s full property marketing package as they prepare for the item to be auctioned off next month.
Money raised will go to the charity to help local boy Blake, as well as funding research into his condition, Mecp3 Duplication Syndrome.
Complete with an online listing, and its own downloadable property brochure, the dolls house is listed for sale in great tongue in cheek style, with the hopes that it will generate a huge amount of interest when it goes under the hammer with a local auctioneers in August.

The kind hearted firm have used their best professional property photography techniques to showcase the tiny home for sale at its very best, with interior images of the brightly decorated kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms revealing that the home might benefit from a wee bit of modernisation!
