The property marketing industry often gets a bad rap, as members of the press and consumers (and even sometimes industry insiders) perpetuate the stereotype of the uncaring estate agent with a sole focus on claiming commission.
But those of us who work closely with property marketing professionals understand how undeserved this reputation is, with estate agents often going above and beyond to achieve results for sellers and connect house hunters with their dream home.
Property Marketing Consultancy to Recognise Agents who Inspire
Which is why we were so pleased to learn that property marketing consultancy Stephen J Brown has decided to redress the balance, with a competition aimed at highlighting the hard work of dedicated estate agents across the country.
Competition organiser Stephen J Brown explained: “Negative press about our industry seems to be growing, yet the inspirational stories about the kind and wonderful things we do for clients gets ignored. It’s time to redress the balance.
“I want to celebrate the wonderful work estate and letting agents do throughout the country on a daily basis. This is about those caring gestures, no matter how small, that have had a real impact on clients.”
Amazing Estate Agents Can Win Charity Cash
Running throughout November, the Celebrating Inspiring Agents competition is an opportunity to give exceptional agents a bit of recognition for their efforts, as well as the chance to potentially win a £500 donation to the charity of their choice.
Do you know an inspiring agent? Here’s how to nominate them for the SJB Consultancy Celebrating Inspiring Agents prize:
- Get a short statement from the agent describing their actions, an one from the client describing the impact these actions had on their experience.
- Send the two statements together with the agent’s name, role, agency and location to [email protected] and make the email subject line: Inspiration Agents
- Include contact details for the client, who may be contacted to verify the events described.
All entries must be received by November 30th and the judges decision will be final.
