The History
Photoplan Ltd was formed in February 2004 and from the outset we wanted to create a service that would provide the property industry with high quality visual architectural and interior imagery.

During our inception, Photoplan offered three key services – professional interior photography, RICS complaint 2D Floorplans and panoramic 360 virtual tours and thus photoplan was born.

The Present
Through hard work and passion for what we do, Photoplan has evolved and grown steadily since its inception in 2004 and we are now considered one of the UK's leading property marketing companies.

We have extensively developed the services we offer, now covering almost every corner of property marketing such services include – high end architectural and interior photography, 2D floorplans, 3D floorplans, interactive floorplans, full screen 360° virtual tours, graphic design, computer generated imagery, land registry compliant lease plans and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Then in 2009 Photoplan was proudly shortlisted for the "Supplier of the Year" award at the Estate Agency Awards.
